WELCOME TO THE ZONING BOARD
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a quasi-judicial board that is responsible for making zoning interpretations, recommending zoning changes, approving changes of legal nonconforming uses, and for ruling on area and use variance requests. Planning Staff attends all Zoning Board of Appeals meetings and provides advisory and administrative support.

The Village of Millerton Zoning Board of Appeals
will hold a Public Hearing regarding the application of
Gvkgne Realty Inc. for Variances at 7-9 Main Street on
Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Village Hall,
5933 North Elm Avenue, Millerton, NY.
All interested parties are welcome to attend and will have
an opportunity to be heard on said application.
