NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Millerton, Dutchess County, New York, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at the Village Hall, 5933 North Elm Avenue, Millerton, New York at 6:05pm, on the application of Alex Magalhaes for a variance on Tax Parcel 7271-18-394229. The parcel is located at 26-32 South Center Street in the R 10,000 Zoning District of the Village of Millerton.
The above application is open for inspection at the Village Hall.
Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing relating thereto may be filed with the Board at such hearing.
