This Pilot Program is for a 3 Bedroom, single family home located in the Town of North East, in Dutchess County, New York. This pilot program is for First Time Homebuyers. Applications for this program must be complete upon submission with supporting documents to be considered. Applicants should be prepared to purchase this home by winter of 2024. Minimum income for this pilot program is $55,000. Maximum income is 80% of the Average Median Income of Dutchess County based on family size. Complete application in full
Make sure you provide supporting documents that are on the application
cover page including, but not limited to: W2’s, Tax Returns, 2 Weeks
Paystubs, Disability Award Letter, Alimony, Child Support, Photo ID, Current
Lease agreement.
Applications that are not completed in full will be notified. All documents
must by the end of the application period.
