  • Medical Waste Box

    A Medical Waste Box is available in the Village Hall at 5933 N. Elm Avenue. The Village Hall is open Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm and the Medical Waste Box can be accessed during those hours. The following waste items are accepted at this Medical Waste Box: prescription medications, prescription ointments, prescription patches, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, samples, and pet medications. Waste segregation can help reduce the risk of injury or exposure so the following items are NOT accepted at this medical waste box: hydrogen peroxide, inhalers, thermometers, needles (sharps), ointments, lotions, liquids, and aerosol cans.

  • Leaf Disposal Time

    It’s that time of year when we gather leaves for disposal. If you plan to dispose yours, kindly place leaves at the property line near the road and the Highway Department will collect them as they come through.

  • Property Grievance – Wednesday, May 29, 2024

    Will be held in Town Hall, Assessor office. Please schedule your appointment.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Millerton, Dutchess County, New York, on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall, 5933 North Elm Avenue, Millerton, NY, regarding the application of Gvgkne Realty, Inc. for Variances at 7-9 Main Street, Millerton, NY. The application is open for inspection at Village Hall.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard on said application at the hearing at the aforesaid time and place.

2025-2026 Budget
Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Millerton will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 6:05 p.m., at Village Hall, 5933 N. Elm Avenue, to invite the public for their input on the Village of Millerton Budget for 2025-2026 fiscal year. Please see below for a copy of the Preliminary 2025-2026 Budget. The mayor’s salary will be $9,000.00, Deputy Mayor’s salary will be $5,000.00 and Trustees salary will be $3,500.00 each.
