Eddie Collins Memorial Park has been under renovation for several years. In 2022, it reopened with a new soccer field, a parking lot for 100 cars, 2 basketball courts, an upgraded Little League Field and playground. During the spring season of 2026, the Webutuck Little League can play under lights for the first time. Happy 175th birthday, Millerton!!
The revitalization project continues with a plan for a 3,600 square feet pool house and community room in addition to a 5-lane Olympic short course swimming pool and a zero entry play area. The pool and pool house will be largely funded with a $6,385,000 grant from NYSWIMS and a two grants totaling $1,175,000 from New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Construction will begin in July 2025 and the pool completed in 2027.
