Dutchess County Transportation Council

The Dutchess County Transportation Council is updating the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (Coordinated Plan), which aims to improve transportation options for older adults, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, and others who struggle to access reliable transportation. Visit the North East-Millerton Library Annex on October 22. 2025 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM for a conversation about how we can address transportation gaps and improve access to basic needs.
